When you apply to be an annual mail voter, you will automatically receive a mail ballot for any election during that year and your county election board will send you a reminder every year to apply for mail-in ballots. You can apply online or by filling out a paper form. A renewal request will be sent to you early February each year. Joining the Annual Mail Ballot List is the BEST way to ensure you’re ready to Bank Your Vote by voting early.
HOW TO BANK YOUR VOTE IN PENNSYLVANIA
You have 2 safe options to cast your vote before Election Day:
1) At home by mail
Apply online for a mail-in ballot. Once received, fill it out and send it back.
2) In person before Election Day
Walk in, request a ballot, fill it out, and turn it in. It’s a great way to vote early before Election Day.
